Mr. Medapati Harsha Vardhan Reddy,the director of the company has a strong background in construction with a B.tech in Civil engineering from Osmania University, he also serves as the director operations at Essenar Transformers private limited, one of the industry leaders in creating quality transformers.
He is also the Chief executive officer of Sturdy Volt private limited, an subsidiary industry that provides innovative designs for better equipping transformers.
Mr. Medapati Prakash Reddy,the founding chairman of the company is well equipped to implement this vision, with over two decades of experience in the construction field. He has served and continues to serve as the managing director of Jai Sri Devi homes private limited.
He also serves as a partner in Phoenix ventures, which is currently planning a premium luxury villa gated community in Kondapur on a land spanning over 18.5 acres. With such vast experience, having Mr. Prakash Reddy as the backbone of Tranquillo projects is a huge asset to the company.
In a short span of time, the company has acquired projects with over 9 lakh square feet of proposed residential built up area.
